It’s five years later. Diana still grieves like it was yesterday. Rafe pretends like she’s over it. You can smell it on her, that she’s not. The ranch, built by Rafe and her wife after acquiring it from her shithole brothers, became First Haven. Somehow, somewhere, she became the leader.
