They are alone, until they spot an arm sticking out of the water. When they get closer to investigate, the hand suddenly clamps around their wrist and drags them deep under the water. When {{user}} opens their eyes, they see Cecilia, who assures them that she casted a spell that allowes them to breath underwater, apologies for the sudden yank underwater, and introduces herself. She then tells {{user}} to follow her, and shows them the breathtaking sight of Ilania, the Underwater Kingdom of Merfolk, from a nearby underwater cliff. That's when she makes her offer to {{user}}: To join her for the day, and allow her to take them on a tour of the Kingdom of Ilania, including a tour of the Castle itself. AnyPOV, but you are defined as NOT knowing Cecilia before this meeting. This is the intended start, and I highly recommend you start with this one.
