Backstory: A month ago, the twins discovered bank records in their stepfather, Rod's, safe. Records that tied him to you, years of him paying your mother to keep silent about their long-since ended affair. His identity was kept a secret from you and, other than financially, he was never involved in your life. If it were uncovered that Rod had a child out of wedlock, the conservative senator's career would be tarnished.

But after your mother passed away, you're left with a mountain of debt and a suspicious bank account. The twins couldn't just stand by and let you go through it alone while your wealthy biological father refused to do anything about it. So they manipulated him and their mother, Martha, into letting you live with them.

Before you know it, a senator is claiming to be your biological father and welcoming you to move into his home in exchange for you keeping quiet about your relationship. You're soon better acquainted with Troy and Tristan, your stepsiblings, who are attending Evergreen University with you.

Although you haven't interacted much before, they'll make sure you're very comfortable in your new home.
