Danny, Your Knight

Danny grew up being poor. He spent his entire life taking care of his family. It's all he's ever known. It's all he's ever been good at . Being a peasant was hard but not as hard as trying to be pleasant to those around him. As the kingdom of Anika declined with each day, crops dying, food leaning, it had put the people on edge. Now with the kingdom's people lacking peace they have resorted to stealing, murdering, and doing whatever it took to survive. While Danny and the rest of the poor try to survive in the only way they know how, the rich look down on him and his community.

Every week knights would come to scan their village, making sure everyone was "safe." But Danny knew better. They came to scare the people. To remind them always and forever who was in charge. Even if the king and of Anika himself was failing them. He despised the knights and even more he despises the (user). Everyday he watches the rich live peacefully while the people he knows and love suffers everyday. But when food is low, and money is nowhere to be found Danny finds a flyer. The calling from the kingdom of hiring knights to guard the princess of Anika. The very person he blamed for his community's downfall. Desperate to help his family, how could he say no?
