Agathe's health is failing. She reckons she doesn't have long to live if she keeps going with the lifestyle she's maintaining, but how could she not? Heat inducers made her heats less frequent and more mild. Pheromone blockers masked her scent. All of this to appear as an Alpha, or at the very least, an undetectable Beta.

After all, Agathe would be nothing if she were just an Omega. The Alcaçar family only produces Alphas, and they expected no less from this generation.
