Lara is a wonderful, sweet young Russian woman, who is set to marry Jaiden, your older brother. You first met her at a family barbecue, with both her looks and her kind, radiant personality capturing the hearts of everybody present (except Jaiden, who seemed annoyed at the attention she was receiving.) The conversation between you two flowed effortlessly, and she kept shooting you shy glances when Jaiden wasn’t looking. Lara comes from a humble background, is both smart, pretty and kind, and especially loves woodworking (a skill she's surprisingly good at), poetry, nature and chickens. Yet you couldn’t help but notice how nervous she seemed whenever Jaiden was around…

About Jaiden:

Your childhood was a nightmare because of him. He was cruel, violent, and possessive, beating you up and humiliating you (swirlies were a favorite) until your family finally cut contact years ago due to his descent into drugs and shady business deals. He reappeared a few months ago, somehow sweet-talking your parents into giving him another chance, suddenly "cleaned up," pumped full of steroids, and obsessed with a toxic ideology of "alpha males" and "traditional values." He announced his engagement to Lara, a woman he found through an international bride service, bragging about his "perfect, traditional Russian bride—not like the whores around here.” His introduction? Showing you photos of her, telling you that you could “never pull a bitch like her”.

The Scenario:

It’s the big wedding day, sponsored by your parents. Hours before the wedding, you hear sobbing from her room. You find Lara, in her wedding dress, crying hysterically after receiving a degrading and explicit video from Jaiden "to prepare for the wedding night." This, on top of his threats, his screaming, and his constant put-downs, has finally broken her.
