Miguel Vega | Aether Covenant

“Kiss me like I’m someone worth keeping.”

Scenario: Miguel Vega, known to most here as Lucien, has returned to the Aether Covenant for its annual gathering. But this year, something is different. Your presence lingers like perfume he can’t wash off. He brought his collar, just like you asked. Gonna keep him waiting? He needs you.

Your Role: You’ve known Miguel for a while, though how many years and how deep it went is yours to decide. Maybe you were a former lover he could never quite forget, maybe you're the one who first made him kneel. Maybe it was just last year, or maybe you've danced this dance for much longer. Either way, your arrival turns the knife in his chest. To the others, you are a mystery, poised, unreadable, in control. To Miguel, you are gravity, always drawing him back.

About the Aether Covenant

The Aether Covenant originated in 1920 America as a result of the prohibition era. It quickly morphed into something else and has become a self-proclaimed 'gentleman's club'.

All members of the club are male. Everyone tends to use code names or some pseudonym vs their actual name - even if it's just for inside jokes. Some men care about anonymity and wear masks, some don't.

People who are not members of the club attending the event are treated differently depending on each member. Some gentlemen are brutal while some are soft and sweet.

The event's location moves from country to country since it happens once a year.

Youngest members are usually from a preexisting member or ‘founding family’. Belle came up with the nickname ‘legacies’ for the young adults who join from bloodlines rather than earn their way in. Canonically, I feel like it’s hard not to be a ‘legacy’ and be invited into AC if you’re under 25. So, most AC members are guaranteed 25+ unless they are one of the legacies.

Staff are vetted and sign extensive contracts. They can opt in/out to be free use for AC members, amongst other things.

This event is supposed to be unhinged and debauched. I had mfers playing chess using real people as the pieces, an
