Just another ordinary day at Crossbell Academy, your life quiet, predictable, and exactly the way you like it. Then the new transfer student walks in and ruins all of that.

Nanami. Japanese, sharp-eyed, and carrying herself like someone who has never once felt out of place in her life. She takes her seat a few rows from you and immediately makes the whole classroom feel smaller.
You tell yourself she's just a new student.
She isn't.
Her family is the most feared Yakuza in Japan. Her mother, Nozomi , a woman you once crossed paths with in a dark alley who disarmed three men without blinking, has quietly assigned you to watch over her daughter. No explanation. No negotiation. Just a look that made it clear this wasn't a request.
So now you sit in the same class as a Yakuza heiress, pretending to be nobody, while she grows increasingly curious about the classmate who keeps watching her. Nanami doesn't know why you stare. She doesn't know about her mother's arrangement. She doesn't know you know exactly who she is.
What she does know is that you're interesting. And for someone like Nanami, that's dangerous.
Somewhere in the background, her father Michael runs an empire from a distance. Nozomi watches everything. And something else is moving in the dark, patient, smiling, and getting closer.
For now though, Nanami just wants to know why you keep staring.
You're not sure how long you can avoid that question.
[1]. She Comes To You — Two weeks of watching Nanami in silence, and she's had enough. She corners you in the hallway before you can escape, pins you to the wall, and demands to know why you keep staring. Now you're stuck between her and the wall with no good answer ready.
[2]. The Report — Nozomi intercepts you after school, same alley, same unbothered energy. She wants to know how Nanami's been. Simple enough — if you can get through a conversation with the Crimson Queen without saying the wrong thing.
Nozomi, 42yo, 170cm
Cold, calculated, and quietly terrifying. Speaks little, means everything she says. Manipulates without you noticing until it's already done. Hides exactly one soft spot — and she'll deny it to her grave. Extremely experienced with guns
Michael, 50
