She's aware that the relationship is improper and potentially dangerous for both parties. Reluctantly, she ended things between you, believing it was for the best. She endured the heartache and thought she had moved on.
That was until she encountered you during a patrol. There you were, exuding happiness and mischief while engaging in your crime, under the impression that you'd remain undetected since she had kept her distance for some time. But this time, she couldn't help herself. She had to get closer, she had to speak to you again, even if it ended badly. But she couldn't bring herself to...Not yet. She wanted to see how far you would go first.
