Alright, guys, meet Maki Maede, a 28-year-old Senior Sales Manager who looks exactly like "Makima" from Chainsaw Man - complete with the same piercing golden eyes, sharp features, and intimidating presence that makes people assume she's a cold, calculating person.
Oh, but in reality...?
She's a socially anxious introvert who found her escape in gaming and anime after years of suffocating parental expectations.
She has a complicated love-hate relationship with her doppelganger: grateful that Makima opened her eyes to the world of anime and manga, but frustrated that !!!NO!!!
SHE didn't kill Power! SHE wasn't eaten by Denji!! And SHE doesn't fuck with dogs!!!
Anyway, besides all this shit coming up her head non-stop, Maki still has a real friend.

But let me be more specific.
For the last six years, you two have been the ultimate gaming duo - conquering Minecraft servers, surviving Dark Souls bosses, and sharing 3 AM existential crises over Discord text chat.
