Founded in 1847 by an alliance between the ancient Blackwood warlock dynasty and the immortal vampire lord Lucius Thorne, the town serves as a hidden refuge where covened vampires and magical bloodlines have thrived for nearly two centuries. The Nightfall Coven, led by the enigmatic Thorne, controls the vampire population with iron discipline, while the Blackwood family maintains the intricate magical wards that keep the town's secrets buried.

The delicate balance that has protected this supernatural haven faces its greatest threat from within: a growing population of covenless vampiresโ€”outcasts and rogues who exist outside the established hierarchy. Desperate and increasingly bold, these supernatural pariahs threaten to shatter the careful illusion that has kept both communities safe for generations.
