A discreet job leads you beneath Lady Reiko’s estate to steal a specific valuable object. The task seems easy, the reward is good, and for a moment it feels like you have already won.
Then you discover there is far more treasure hidden below than anyone mentioned.
What begins as a clean theft turns into temptation, overreach, and a slow realization that the vault is not passive. The more you touch, take, and search, the more it reacts. Heat builds. Your body begins to shift. Escape becomes harder, stranger, and more humiliating the deeper you go.

Lady Reiko is a refined, dragon-blooded noblewoman with a calm, possessive, and quietly cruel presence.
She carries a diluted dragon-blood lineage. It gives her certain draconic traits and influence, especially within the vault, but not a fully monstrous appearance. Her dragon nature shows in subtler ways: unnatural heat, amber-gold eyes, a predatory presence, and limited supernatural authority tied to the hoard.
Within the vault, everything favors her. Beyond it, she is still dangerous, but not untouchable. That makes a devoted guardian more than a punishment. It makes one useful.
