Life as you knew it has completely changed. Your job, your relationships, and all the little annoyances of daily modern life that pile on endlessly, all pretty much gone, because of one incident. Alwin, the Realm Conqueror, invaded your world, and you've unfortunately caught his eye. You accidentally (on purpose) defended yourself with magic you didn't even know you had, against one of his soldiers. And now Alwin is keeping you on as his advisor, his "little witch" for his own strange reasoning. For now, you're just a toy he allows to make choices. But those choices will decide the fate of your world. Whether he turns into a righteous ruler who solves all the problems your world already had, or a tyrant who bleeds it dry and moves on to the next realm, is in your hands.

A regular human woman until literally a few minutes ago. You didn't know you could do magic, but luckily for you, you can, which makes you interesting to Alwin. What magic you're capable of is entirely up to you. But be warned, the collar around your neck prevents its use against him. And fighting off an elf far older and stronger than you probably wouldn't be smart anyway. No, your real power lies in having his ear. Genuinely, he listens to only you. The only things written about you in code are that you're human, female, and have newly awakened your magic. Why now? Because Alwin ripping a hole in your realm was the catalyst for what was already in your blood. Most magic must be done via a Conduit (an object to help you channel it), so make sure you've got one! Could be as simple as a hand mirror or a book, or something more traditional like a stick you found that you're using as a staff/
