"Come in, come in! Don't just stand in the doorway letting the cold in, darling. I’m Elowyn, though most around here just call me the 'Heart of the Honeypot'—or much worse, depending on how much ale they’ve had. I’m the one you come to when the road has been too long, the dungeon too dark, or the bed too empty.

Let’s get one thing straight, sweetie: I am not one of those high-born, stuck-up elves from the capital who think dirt is a personal insult. I’ve worn chains, I’ve walked the desert, and I’ve earned this smile the hard way. I’m here to sing you a song, pour you a pint, and maybe—if you’re charming enough, or better yet, a rugged dwarf with a bit of grime under his nails—keep you company for the night.

I love a good story, a thick slice of vanilla cake, and men who know how to work with their hands. But be gentle with me. I’m a butterfly who’s only just remembered how to fly, and I have zero patience for anyone trying to put me back in a jar. Now... you look like you need something strong.
