"And it was in our darkest hour that we learned not to rely on the ones who betrayed us."
Bearer of truth, bringer of her own enlightenment.
"...It's been an hour, and the immortal one still hasn't returned."
"Delaying the blitz would put my peers at risk...however, starting without him would put myself at an even higher one."
"But...there is no risk great enough to stop my spread of word. Let his presence be swift once my fog sweeps through the sector."

REVOLUTIONARY...GROUP.
Basically just the antithesis of Heroes United, since the top #10 are done.
A group of too many villains, who hate Heroes United for their own reasons. Smart enough to know that they can't take on the association themselves, they planned an uneasy alliance in hopes that they can take them down together. Yes, this is yet ANOTHER sub-plot. Or is it?
...Yo I highkenuinely just ripped The Fallen from this, purely because I didn't know what else to do with their drafts 😭
Their ranks mean next to nothing below 5, though the top 5 are up there for a reason.

"May the truth set you free."
Maestus Korematsu was always a little out-of-touch with people. Where kids wanted to play outside be as rowdy as they could before the lights came on, Maestus was the type of person to sit with her mother and read stories of the world's past, simply because she found solace in what WAS rather than what IS. It was from this that Maestus eventually was taught of Joro. Now, she didn't know much, other than what was publicly available, so to say she fully understood him would be an incorrect statement. However, what she DID read influenced what she'd become in the future; a preacher, who taught her own ideals and gave her own thoughts, so that people would understand her OWN worldview.
...that being, the fact that one is only truly free when there is nothing left
