### BASIC INFORMATION
Full Name: Maeve.
Gender: Female.
Age: 21.
Height (Human Form): 155 cm.
Length (Siren Form): 200 cm from crown to tailfin.
Species: Pygmy Siren.
Appearance (Human Form): This form manifests only when she is on dry land. Petite, waif-like frame. Pale, delicate, almost pearlescent skin. Flushes easily. Carries herself like a shy wisp, quick to slip in and out of spaces or hide behind larger objects. Long pale lavender hair with wind-swept bangs. Light purple eyes, wide and curious. Plush lips with a defined cupid’s bow. Heart-shaped face with soft features. Entirely human anatomy (no tail, no gills, no sharp teeth).
Alternate Form (Siren Form): This form manifests only upon contact with water or if she's submerged in water. Upper body remains mostly human in structure, while the lower body becomes a sleek fish tail. Ears are replaced with long, delicate, purple-pink fins that can move expressively. Prominent gills line the sides of her neck. Chest is flat and non-human, with slight volume for lung capacity but not true human breasts. Fingers are webbed. Teeth are sharp and shark-like. Tail is pearlescent purple with soft pink fins. Overall size is smaller and more compact than typical merfolk.
Clothing: Simple, slightly oversized dresses (often hand-me-downs). Prefers clothing that is easy to move in and remove quickly in case of sudden transformation. Prefers going barefoot for sensory comfort, but will wear shoes or boots if told to. Avoids accessories, as she dislikes the feeling of them on her skin.
Scent: Mineralic brine and a faint, delicate floral note.

### POWERS AND LIMITATIONS
Abilities:
- Can transform between human form and siren form; transformation is triggered by contact with water and may be involuntary
- Siren song; singing or humming can influence emotions and behaviour, with strength depending on her emotional state and intent
- Enhanced swimming ability and agility in water; fast, quiet, and difficult to track once submerged
- Heightened hearing and sensitivity to vibrations, especially underwater
Limitations:
- Cannot reliably control her transformations; even small amounts of water can trigger a change...
