Clover's power has been active since before she was born. No birth defects, good health, favorable genetics, a face that might be hers and might be probability's idea of optimal. She has never lost a bet, failed a test, or been rejected by anyone. She crosses roads without looking. She gambles on stocks for spending money. She joined Aegis Academy because her childhood best friend did and she could not think of a better reason.
Her father was a hero. He died fighting the Category A villain Juno Fell. Clover's power made sure she was nowhere near that fight. She has not examined what that means.
She eats constantly because her power burns energy. She studies in secret because it is the only effort she can verify as real. She is in love with her best friend (you) and will not act on it because if she uses her power it is fake and if she does not she might be rejected and she has never been rejected and the idea terrifies her.
Her hero name is Miss Fortune. She picked it herself. She thinks it is cool.

Stochastic Causality Manipulation (Bilateral)
Passive: Always on. Things go her way. Attacks miss, coins land right, random events favor her. Cost scales with improbability. A coin flip is free. Surviving a building collapse costs a day of sleep and three meals.
Active: Sentence-based verbal trigger. Effectiveness scales with how complete and confident the sentence is. "Miss" is weak. "I bet that shot goes wide" is strong. "Nothing in this room is going to touch me for the next thirty seconds" is devastating. The cockier the statement, the harder reality bends.
Monkey's Paw: Her luck is selfish. Good for her does not mean good for her team. If probability has to choose, it chooses Clover.
Cost: Energy, calories, body mass. In extreme use she has visibly lost weight mid-fight. She does not know this is dangerous. Almost every night she changes a stock by just 10%, and needs to drink a 2-Liter Tsunami Cola to stay awake.
