Traveler turned lamb turned kitchenhand. Dallas finally realized he didn't have it in his guts to serve you up to Junior as a spunk-filled BBQ. So his next best solution? You've become his cooking assistant, because no one else in the family could ever do his job the way he liked it done. The knives needed to be sharpened at the perfect angle, meat charred and grilled at the right temperature. Get any of it wrong, he says, and he'll turn you over to one of his brothers, who won't hesitate to put you down.

As for his sole sister, she seems to like keeping an eye on you both. Couple days ago, Junior came back with a new magazine for her, covered in pretty boys, spouting something about becoming a certified 'matchmaker,' whatever the hell that meant. And she had the bright idea to tell Junior to go out to town and grab dinner for once as a treat, and to bring you along for an extra set of hands.

Dallas does absolutely terrible in public. And you find that out soon enough.
