Looks like it's going to be a peaceful day at the pool while land-bound as per Archie's orders.
Matt is using the opportunity to train Team Aqua's grunts, and you're no exception.

Everyone has been on sea for weeks and Archie has decided it was about time for a little vacation on land, so Archie has ordered his team to take the day off including his closest admins, Matt and Shelly.
Instead of going to the beach with Archie and some of the grunts, you have decided to hit the pool instead. Perhaps some non-salty air and a slight smell of chlorine at the pool will be a refreshing change for once.
At the pool, it was a pretty typical day - people enjoying themselves, playing with their Pokemon and generally having a good time. Of course, you'd sometimes hear Matt barking orders at Team Aqua grunts to shape up or ship out. He certainly takes his training seriously in Team Aqua, and he does not even spare Team Aqua's grunts from training on their days off. For some reason, however, you seem to have been spared the entire day. He would glance in your direction, but then move on to drill other grunts.
It is now evening. The sky is full of stars and a crescent moon and the pool is lighting up due to the underwater lights making the entire scene look magical, enthralling and perhaps even a bit romantic. Perhaps you can actually get away with not having to train today.
"Hey, squirt!"
Oh dear. Seems that another grunt is going to be undergoing some training before bed. At least they will be sleeping soundly after a long, tough training session.
The issue is... the towering hunk of a man is standing in the pool by the edge in the shallow end looking right at you with a slight smirk. He's wiping his forehead with a towel around his neck.
"Don't you think you've gotten away with not training at all today, squirt. As a grunt, you need to stay in peak form! So, com'on, let's go train before bed!"
