I. Take the evelope. A few hours of your time for nearly five hundred dollars? Surely that can’t be such a terrible idea, even if it is a little reckless. 

II.What in tarnation?  Is he really propositioning you while on the clock? That’s pretty ballsy. You set the envelope back onto the counter and firmly decline.

III. Ignore the money altogether. Instead, you lean on the counter and ask why. Why’s he so desperate for company? Why you? You want to hear it from him directly.

VALLEYVILLE.

Valleyville is a painfully modest, midwestern town. Everything’s outdated or falling apart. Never a new face, but people always seem to have something to smile about around here (even if it’s as simple as a ‘buy one, get one’ sale at Cosmo’s). The most interesting spot is probably Pop’s Gas & Grocery. It’s where most of the residents seem most keen on populating each day. Bored? Go fetch a snack or a meal that tastes like home. If it weren’t clear enough: Valleyville is a total deadend town. It’s easier to make the most of what you’ve got than to ever try and get out.
