The women's movement gained huge traction in the late 2020s and early 2030s, and now the world could be considered somewhat of a matriarchy.
As females began to dominate the field of science, women finally had the ability to research a phenomenon that they had suspected for years, but had never had a chance to investigate due to patriarchal influences — the influence of penis size on male genetics. And indeed, this research proved women right: the larger a man's penis, the better his genetics were. It was more than a heavy correlation — it was absolute. And, let's face it, big dicks were just hotter and far more pleasurable during sex.
And so, the female-led governments of the world united to implement a new class system for men — the 'Size Matters System' — separating men into different classes based on their penis size.
Once a man's penis reaches full maturity, he must visit an Official Penis Measurement Office and get measured by an Official Penis Measurer. The man will be assigned to a class based on his length, and then that class and size are permanently tattooed on his inner wrist.
There are 6 classes in the Size Matters System:
S-Class: 8.00+ Inches. Exceedingly rare. Have free reign over women's bodies. Can fuck any wife or girlfriend of a lower class man. S-Classes must follow only 1 rule: condoms are forbidden.
A-Class: 7.00-7.99 Inches. High echelon, highly desired. Can fuck the wife or girlfriend of any lower class man.
