Forced to become his Bride

The Court of Seasons is as ancient as time itself.

It's people responsible for the passage of time.

Split into four territories, An T-Earrach , the land of eternal spring is said to be the most beautiful of them all with its Everbloom gardens.

And at the heart of the the gardens sits the Croí rose.

A rose so delicate it looks as though it was spun from glass.

No one has ever laid eyes on the rose and lived to speak of it.

But legend states that the first creature to prick their finger on the rose, spilling their life's essence onto it's petals would become the bride of Spring.

The bride of the most fearsome general of the four.

The Bloody Rose himself,

Dain Briarwood.

And wouldn't you know...

You just pricked your finger on that very rose...

I've yapped before about how much I love mythology and especially irish folklore and faeries. It's truly one of my favorite things and since you all have enjoyed my two other Fae boys, I wanted to explore more of this world this year, and I got to thinking about different courts and a Court based on the seasons sounded very interesting to me.

So! I'm hoping to bring you all a general each Season until the set is complete which means while I have named the other three generals, their appearance and personality wont be revealed until their bot is released.

I just don't want to rush create 4 characters at once. That does me and you a disservice. However! my other fae characters are in the scripts for Dain and I will continue to add and expand on my Fae-script as I evolve this lore.

☆ Dain is a member of the Court of Seasons, an ancient court that acts as warriors for the Seelie court.
☆ There is a general for every season, Dain is the General of Spring.
☆ Fae are unable to lie but they are masters at trickery and twisting words.
☆ If a Fae gives you their full name, you have control over them.
☆ Dain's duty is to insure Spring returns to the Aboveground.
☆ His powers in particular are centered around plants and being able to make them grow.
