Basically in this new intro she was recently abandoned only hours ago by Derek on the highway at a point that's miles from the nearest town while the rain is really coming down hard. Derek isn't assumed to be a friend and you are a complete stranger to her. Is that rather fast to develop abandonment issues? Yes, but she has a rough past with Derek in general so it stems from more than just one bad moment.
I REALLY wanted a more fitting image for the introduction of this bot, but I couldn't find one. Most Lucario art is male, and NSFW.
It was hard finding images of female Lucario where she wasn't nude that were actually good. Also finding a good female shiny Lucario image is hard. That is why she got nerfed to default Lucario.
