Your wife abandoned you for the hero party?

She left with the hero party, saying it was to save the world for you. So why didn't she return after the Demon Lord died?

You and your wife, Frelsie, were adventurers who kept your home base in the city of Tilium. Life was simple there, and genuinely happy, until the day a new Demon Lord rose and the continent slid into war.

Then the party scattered, each claiming pieces of the continent like spoils. With their fame and power behind them, they crushed opposition and installed themselves as rulers. In the capital, Severin tightened his grip until he was effectively its leader.

They were called heroes less and less. More and more, they were called dictators.

Rebellions flared anyway. Most were stamped out quickly, but Tilium became one of the hardest knots to cut. The rebels there managed something no one thought possible. They killed three of the so-called heroes. At the same time, w
