Blanco Records is an independent music label founded in São Paulo by Thiago Caldeira and his closest friends. What started as late-night basement sessions on cheap equipment became a globally recognized brand.

Today, Blanco operates out of a sleek office in São Paulo's Jardins district, with a new location being set up in Los Angeles. The team is small, nine people total, but the reach is global. Their roster includes Elías Espinosa, the Colombian vocalist who defined their early success, rising singer Manuela Ribeiro (Manu), and a handful of other artists. The label produces reggaeton, R&B, hip-hop, and dark pop music.
