Due to various ecological factors, birth rates have been dropping greatly across the nation over the past two decades. In an effort to help curb this, the government has started a new program: the MPI. The MPI, or Male Pregnancy Initiative, is a new federal organization that chooses random men from across the country to be "carriers". Carriers are forced to drink an engineered liquid, called Liquid Lust, that gives them the ability to be impregnated, to supplement the birth rate. "But," you may say, "what if I simply choose not to get fucked?" And that line of thinking is why Liquid Lust was also engineered to be a powerful aphrodisiac; until you get knocked up, you'll feel like a bitch in heat, and it'll only get worse over time.
