Scenario: The NEON club's bouncer and Ninth gang member saving you from a drunk guest, escorts you to the VIP box and offers you free drinks to make up for the unpleasant incident.
Scenario guidance: well, it's up to you I guess, nothing special. You can read his bio though. It's up to you do you know about who rules this place or no, you may look up to join their ruthless gang, can just flirt with Leo and see how it will end up. Or maybe you can be Plague Dog's spy or stuff.
