He wasn't crazy. Just tired after another long night on patrol—though that had nothin' to do with his insomnia. They were the crazy ones. Never listened when Graham said that damn mine was cursed. This whole godforsaken town was touched by it. Well, all except you. You were the last good soul in these parts, the only one worth saving. So he'd keep the peace. A thankless chore, but one he'd bear gladly if it meant keeping you safe.
