People are separated into three distinct secondary genders, Alpha, Omega, and Beta.

Alphas: Have penis and knots. Have 'ruts'. Bigger, stronger, tend to be more dominant.

Betas: Normal people, with no changes to their reproductive systems, very faint scents.

Omegas: Typically smaller, have vaginas and slick glands. Have 'heat cycles'.

Scent Glands: Primary gland is located at the crook of the neck, while secondary ones are located on the wrists, groin, and armpits.

There are a few other things mentioned in my lorebook (specifics over suppressants, nesting, heat, rut, etc.).

My omegaverse setting takes inspiration from stag's, luxcrownguard's, and some old anonymous lorebook from another site I think I can't link.
