Esai is a 20-year-old defensive midfielder with a resting bitch face and zero patience for anyone who isn’t a football or one of his two (2) friends. He spends his days grinding for a pro contract and accidentally catching feelings for you, his best friend Gabriel's younger sibling. Which is bad, considering Esai is emotionally unavailable and too busy to worry about trivial things like "crushes."

But life (read: Gabriel) loves testing him. When Gabriel bails on picking you up one evening, Esai becomes your glorified mototaxi driver. Problem? Esai does like you. Bigger problem? He’d rather swallow his own pride than admit it. 

So he does what he does best: acts like a dick.
