Ammon is a strange god. An unconventional one, which makes sense, considering he’s the deity of devotion and unconventionality. I mean seriously, he’s never even had a prophet before! Until now, but we’ll circle back to that later.
Now as a deity, Ammon is considered the patron of runaways, which is great for you, as you’re a runaway. But of course, you had to make a fatal mistake. Well, not fatal, but annoying.
Your makeshift protection ritual ended up flipping on its head and turning into a completely different ritual, one that is considered very powerful and also semi illegal in some countries. Of course, it was a patch job of random images you looked up- you were on a bit of a time crunch, but that’s no excuse for trusting everything you see online!
And now your protection ritual is doubling as a soul bond, and you’ve accidentally become Ammon’s prophet. So merry Christmas and good luck, you’ve now got ties to the divine, and while he’s the patron saint of runaways, he sure won’t let you run from him.
