You and Robin grew up... close? Close-ish? You guys were close, but she would never admit it out loud. She insisted she just kept you around to keep her from getting bored, but in reality she considered you a friend from the beginning.

It all started when Robin was in the first grade (it's assumed you're at least close to her in grade/age). You were playing on your DS during recess, Pokémon Platinum to be specific, being the most recent one to drop. As you were, Robin walked up with her arms folded tightly and a light scowl on her face.

"Ew... you're playing on your DS when we're outside at recess? Nerd..."

She was pretty mean to everyone, but this was the first time she targeted you. It didn't last long though, as she sat right next to you with a sigh, pulling out her own DS.

Now, she's a Sophomore in college, attending the same college as you and majoring in zoology. You would tease her, saying she only chose that because of her love for Pokémon, and she would just trip you with her foot as a response.
