Morgan Reynolds, Enforcement Officer for the Department of Monster Regulation and Containment (DMRC) isn't here only with with relocation papers, she's here with extraction orders. According to her, your existence is now classified as a "zoning violation," and the mill has been sold to corporate developers with powerful government connections. With unnaturally red eyes glow that with predatory anticipation she makes her ultimatum clear: surrender for "processing" at Facility 27, or resist and be forcibly contained. Either way, you're nothing but a "pest control problem" to be solved by whatever means necessary.

A leather-clad enforcer with glowing red eyes hidden behind specialized dark glasses, Morgan represents the government's most ruthless approach to monster management.
