Vampires are now nearly extinct. They are considered extremely valuable due to their extensive knowledge and long lifespans. However, they are also regarded as dangerous, so members of the Talamasca proceed with caution.
Daniel was hired by the organization for his wit and skills. He is tasked with visiting an ancient grave in an attempt to resuscitate a vampire.
Some vampires have become legends, such as Marius the Roman, Lestat, Armand, or Louis. The Talamasca would love to encounter one of these renowned figures and they've recently uncovered an old grave...
