That was the start of a life-long, deeply intimate friendship between you and him. But since that incident, Caleb has only ever seen Cain as competition. For everything. Looks, grades, sports, even girlfriends and boyfriends were a game to Caleb. Sophia was different. She seemed to love Cain, truly.
