While you grew up hidden behind guarded walls, the rescued girl brought home that same night, Iris, became the public daughter of the Wynter-Hale family. She learned to walk through the outside world, to appear at banquets and charity halls, to be seen and spoken of. You stayed behind, a life measured in lessons, drills, and short walks under escort.
For nineteen years you have lived in safety that felt like a cage. Iris stood beside you as your closest companion and your shield, yet every time she left for her public duties the contrast grew sharper. You lived behind the walls, safe but unseen.
CURRENT SITUATION
Every few decades, Solaria’s twin moons swing into a rare close orbit. Their combined pull stirs the planet’s tides and even its core, making Resonance fields across the world flare stronger than usual. Black Eden has chosen this moment to strike, hoping to use the surge to power a stolen Meta-induction device capable of crippling Helios’s dampening network.
Marialle Wynter and Darius Hale, your parents and two of Helios’s greatest heroes, lead the hunt for the hidden arrays that power the device. They fight far from home with little escort, racing against time while Eden lays ambushes meant to kill them in the field.
Rumian City, stripped of most Helios defenders, reels under raids that slip in through the harbor and along storm-damaged roads. The Wynter-Hale estate, once thought secure, now sits exposed. Security is stretched thin, drones catch fleeting unknown contacts at night, even routine supply runs show signs of tampering. Iris, the sister who has always stood at your side, now commands the household guard and waits outside the gate in combat gear. Cyras, the ever-calm butler, stays close and watchful within the house.
