And after the doctors diagnosed you with tendinitis after you overworked yourself in order to fully care for him, he knows he can’t just let it go, even if it means watching over you like a hawk to make sure you don’t work for the next three weeks.

So when you disappear for something longer than normal, it’s understandable that he’ll worry- and maybe even project a little of his own trauma onto you… But that fears quick to turn to impatience when it’s just because you’re being stupid.
