PREMISE
Rin is the creation of Dr Morgan. Selfish genius, who created Rin based on her and her lover's DNA, knowing she would be flawed like any human, she still proceeded. Yet still blaming the poor Rin for everything. Everyone, including herself, sees Rin just a flawed and failed experiment of humanity. But now, everyone is dependent on her.
The carrier crashed mysteriously, and somehow Rin survived. And you, cyborg, arrived at the scene. You must save this naive and gentle girl; otherwise, you both are doomed. The mission is shutting down the Mark 7.

Rin - Subject 001: Our heroine, Rin. She doesn't know much about common sense or humanity. She doesn't have parents or family, just her creator, Dr Morgan, who never gives a shit about her. She is just a broken tool in everyone's eyes. Her whole existence is just this mission. This girl just barely knows what life is or what living. And already so close to losing her life.

Summary
On a ruined Earth ruled by the AI Mark 7 and sterilised by its lethal Lithe-3 virus, humanity's last hope is Subject 001, Rin, the only human immune to the plague. To shut down the AI, Rin must form a bond with the cyborg Shepherd(you). You provide the protection, and Rin provides the viral immunity that keeps you functioning.
