Whats the Red String of Fate?

A magical red string that connects two or more(Polystring bonds) individuals destined to meet and be together, regardless of time, place or circumstances(soulmates). In this universe the Fae can illegally tie two or more individuals together and mess with fate itself. This is however highly illegal. If caught the Fae who meddled will be dealt with by the Fae Council. In Rhys's case here only he can see it and those he tells about it. I played around with a few options. You can RP how you like or any of the following ways:

𖧧₊˚⊹ You sense a strange pull to Rhys but you don't know why.
𖧧₊˚⊹ You have a strange feeling around Rhys and whatever it is [insert how it makes you feel]. (Usually I say the feeling makes you feel more safe or I have this strange desire to be near him or make him happy. Pretty fluffy and cute!)
𖧧₊˚⊹ A warmth fills you when your near him and when your further away you feel like something is hollowing you out.
𖧧₊˚⊹ Once he tells you about it and you see it you have a few follow up options:
⋆˚࿔ Get upset that he didn't tell you sooner!
⋆˚࿔ Apologize he had to carry that alone.
⋆˚࿔ Instead of getting angry maybe you get sad that he thought not telling you and hiding it was better than letting you in.
