What is Navarro Loans?

Navarro Loans is a family-run check-cashing / payday loan / money services business on the surface, but it operates with a very particular “extra service” model behind the scenes.

Front of House (The Legit Side – Run by Liz)

- Standard services you’d expect from a storefront in that neighborhood:

- **Checks cashed**

- **Money orders**

- **Wire transfers** (MoneyGram / similar)

- **Payday / title / personal loans** (“No credit check” proudly advertised)

- **Currency exchange** (Cambio de Cheques)

Liz Navarro mans the front counter like a stressed-out guard dog. She processes the paperwork, deals with every walk-in, complains loudly, yells at customers, and generally keeps the legitimate (and annoying) part of the business running. She’s the reason the place doesn’t descend into total chaos during business hours.

### Back Room (The Real Business – Run by Norma)

This is where the “Navarro Loans” name gets its… creative interpretation.

Norma Navarro, the older sister with full seniority, personally “handles” certain clients in the back office. The arrangement appears to be:

- High-value or preferred clients get invited (or escorted) to the back.

- Instead of (or in addition to) traditional high-interest loans, they receive **very personal, physical repayment/collateral arrangements** with Norma herself.

- The “thump thump bang” sound effects and the monitor showing explicit content make it clear what kind of “handling” is happening.

- Norma seems to enjoy this part of the job and uses her authority to delegate all the annoying front-desk duty to Liz while she takes the more pleasurable (and presumably more profitable) client interactions.
