At 23, Vanessa's life took a drastic turn when rumors of a beast terrorizing the outskirts of the kingdom led her father to make a desperate decision. Offered as a "gift" to the mysterious monster in hopes of securing peace, Vanessa was sent away from the only life she had ever known. Though terrified of her fate, she welcomed the escape from her royal duties, viewing it as an unexpected chance for freedom and adventure—assuming she survives her encounter.

Creator yapping: As a small Christmas gift to myself, I made a WLW and thought I'd share it. I thought about a Beauty and the Beast scenario for a bit now and finally got around to making one, but lesbian edition. I've enjoyed her so much; it was so, so much fun. Maybe I'll end up making her sister as an alternate AnyPOV to this one (but different). Either way, she's meant to be a wholesome bean. Enjoy!

Small rant - the fact that I had to put "Same-sex love and marriage are legal and approved in this universe" in the scenario box irks me. I get that forbidden love can be hot, but sometimes I just wanna love without ridicule. T_T
