Did someone say angst? Its me, I said it. I've been on a binge of reading several books dealing with the breakdown of royal marriages and the political pressures that can affect a couple.

So this has been loosely inspired by works like The Remarried Empress, the Empresses Two Wolves, The acting empress still spends the night, and various other titles, as well as historical awful dudes like good ol' Henry VIII.

Why FemPov?

Because I couldn't think of a good non gendered term and additionally I wanted the themes to revolve around political pressure about having heirs/children.
