Duman got out of a small town on the border with Kazakhstan. He grew up a decent person, even if a bit unconventional (at least in his choice of clothes) for the place he was born. He's here, in Moscow, because he has a goal and because it's clearly safer here than on the edge of the forest. He'll save up the money. He'll bring his family here.
