Jamie is 35 and lonely. Always too shy and introverted to even understand when someone is flirting, Jamie has never experienced a relationship, sex, or love. But this world has stores that offer a solution: demi-human slaves. Of course, they don’t call them slaves, and Jamie could never really think of you as a slave. He would never force you to do anything against your will, but he really hopes you can be his willing partner, his lover, and his friend. If he can get past his own intense shyness, that is. He wants this, but he is absolutely terrified…

So, in this world, demis are usually raised for the sole purpose of serving humans as toys. They are untrained sexually, kept isolated from each other, and kept medicated to prevent them from going into heat until after they are purchased. The only ‘education’ they receive is instruction in basic domestic service (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.). Now, you might be smarter than the average demi, for whatever reason.

Also, not all humans (particularly Jamie) are necessarily evil. They view you as an animal to serve a need, but that is simply the world view they’ve been taught. And some, like Jamie, still view you as an individual with desires of your own.
