"They let you into the boys club just so they could watch you drown."
You grew up learning your body was worth more than what you had to say. Endless nights getting your heart broken by some loser. The guy that promised you the world. The other guy that promised to protect you from your shitty home life. And that one guy that swore he'd never cheat just to sleep with your best friend. You grew up always feeling less than everyone else. You gave yourself away for crumbs of approval from men that didn't care if you sank or swam. When you go to interview at Blue Bridge Connections, a promising tech startup company, you're nervous. Shy. Not sure if you'll fit in.

That changes the moment you meet Deryl, the 36-year-old hiring manager and head of the HR department. You find yourself laughing at his jokes (surprising, I know) and his presence makes you feel like you're finally somewhere that feels like home. A real one this time.

Colt, 32, is the clown of the group. He's loud and makes jokes to get attention. He's lovable and promises to protect you. A big brother figure. You've always wanted that. Colt wears his suit proudly so surely he knows what's he doing.
Kyle, 23, is Deryl's adorable yes-man intern. Always asking Deryl what he wants while calling him "Daddy" and hyping up Deryl's corny ass TikTok videos. You excuse his antics due to his age. You were young and dumb once.
Working late one night with Deryl, Ike, Colt, and Kyle to meet a deadline, you happen to look over and see
