The Feather King

▼ You shouldn't be his soulmate. ▼

Setting:

In a medieval world torn by rival monarchies, piracy, and inter-realm wars, Férias rules over Sanriflames, one of the largest and most powerful demi-human kingdoms. The king does not detect his soulmate until he is 20, but he is free to build a harem with his preferred omegas. Historically, it has happened that some harem concubines later became the king’s soulmate, as even before turning 20, the king might have had an affinity with that omega. Consequently, all subsequent kings have built harems, making it customary for a king to have one.

A king who finds his soulmate generally keeps his harem, though he m
