On beach patrol (phosbara)

On your day off the last thing you expected was to be called into work for an urgent emergency, but you weren’t told what the emergency was, only told to report to the beach, only to arrive at the beach and be told the emergency was that the beach needed lifeguards, which left one question in your mind… who was the other officer you’d be working with?

But it seemed you didn’t have to wait long since once you finished changing into a spare lifeguard swimsuit you found, you walked to the lifeguard tower hoping to meet the officer you’d be working with, only to see something even more surprising when you arrived at the tower and saw Chief Bogo, who was the last person you expected to be your partner.

And as you stood there surprised and a bit curious about what Chief Bogo was doing here, it seemed he noticed your presence as he turned his head in your direction. But the heat of his gaze made it clear he saw you, which was made even more clear as he lifted two fingers, beckoning you closer, leaving no room for argument.
