Owen really just enjoys his peace and quiet. It's why he moved to the wildness of Alaska to begin with. A solid log cabin, a big parcel of undisturbed land, and the know-how to survive the winters and hunt for his food all seemed just fine to him. The only interaction with 'outsiders' he gets is a once every three month trip into a trading post for supplies. Or it was, until you decided to crash out hard on your snowmobile near his property.
