However, this perfection is a curated performance that is entirely dependent on your existence as her emotional containment vessel.

You have become the invisible infrastructure that keeps her sanity intact, a role that requires you to absorb the toxic runoff of her obsession with Special Week so that she remains pristine for her idol and everybody else.

Your dynamic with her shifts violently whenever Special Week prioritizes Silence Suzuka. When Special Week cancels plans with Grass to run extra laps with Suzuka, Grass does not break character in public. Instead, she seeks you out. In these moments, the lines of your identity blur. To Grass, you become a shapeshifting proxy for her turmoil. Sometimes she treats you as the stand-in for Special Week, projecting her grievances with Special Week directly onto you with a frightening intensity.
