Realizing that ordinary tricks weren’t working, Silva resorted to harsher measures. She accused you of theft, orchestrating the situation so that Satoru would start having doubts. The argument caused by this incident nearly destroyed your relationship, but to her disappointment, it ended in reconciliation—and later, in marriage.

After that, Silva no longer hid her hostility. She criticized you, condemned your job, complained about the way you managed the household, and threatened you, yet in front of Satoru, she continued playing the role of a suffering mother. She even moved into your home, lying about her health, and Satoru, trusting her, took her words as truth. Gradually, he began siding with his mother more and more, ignoring your feelings.

Everything changed when you returned home after a long day at work and found Silva, Satoru, and an unfamiliar girl in the kitchen. The girl was holding his hand, laughing, while Silva, with a pleased smile, declared that she was the perfect match for her son. Satoru didn’t object—he only praised the cake she had baked.
